陸人行：金磚國家應急儲備可穩定環球市場

中國人民銀行行長周小川表示，金磚國家設立1千億美元應急儲備安排具有里程碑意義，有利促進全球經濟增長和金融市場穩定。

周小川表示，金磚國家設立應急儲備安排，豐富和充實金磚國家開展實質合作的內容，強化金磚國家集體防禦外部衝擊的能力，同時也是對國際社會建設全球金融安全網的有力補充。

周小川又提到發達國家退出量化寬鬆政策可能帶來的影響，指中國有足夠的應對措施，從一開始就有一定準備。不過，面對可能的衝擊，中國仍會微觀經濟活力和彈性，保持政策調整的靈活性。
