【綜合報導】紐約警方根據一部在網路上瘋傳的影片，6日逮捕了一名將紐約曼哈頓島當成賽車競速場地的嫌犯，落網後，嫌犯還得意自己繞行曼哈頓一圈的時間「破了舊紀錄」。
　
這部影片在上個月28日上傳到YouTube，截至6日已吸引超過31萬的點閱率。只見駕駛以極速狂飆在曼哈頓島的街道上，途中還乖乖的停了6個紅燈，但等綠燈一輛，車子馬上恢復極速奔馳。車主共花了24分又7秒，繞行了曼哈頓島一圈，共計42.5公里。
 
這名30歲的嫌犯唐亞當（Christopher Adam Tang）6日被警方逮捕時，他開的2006年BMW Z4也被警方查扣，當唐亞當走出警局回答記者提問時，他只說了一句：「晚一點再說」。唐亞當已被紐約警方控告涉嫌危險駕駛等罪。
