標題[問題] 樂天訂房刷卡的問題

昨天晚上要把訂好的房間直接刷卡付款， （雖然飯店也可以刷，不過看一些BLOG文好像說現場會說收現金，就想說在線上處裡） 但我刷國外用的信用卡最近才下來，之前樂天登陸的卡片是我一般的卡片， 所以要先把卡片換成正確的，昨晚摸索了一下，按下「我以為的」換卡的按鈕後， 竟然變成確認刷卡付款了 （大哭），本來超想睡的瞬間都醒了 =_______= 就在我還在找有沒有辦法換卡、取消付款的時候........就收到變更成功的信了（崩潰） （註：那個方案是先前樂天半價的時候訂的，所以沒辦法取消重訂） 為避免蠢事再次發生，我已經換好樂天的預設卡片了 orz 以為自己很小心了，人果然還是要避開半夜設定一些有的沒的東西 T^T 最後，想請問一下 1.有沒有人知道網站上哪裡有地方以直接處裡掉這件事情呢？ 2.樂天國內訂房有可以電話詢問的部門嗎？ 想請信用卡秘書幫我問問看這件事情，不過翻了很久都找不到電話 >___※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.132.126.49 ※ 編輯: potent 來自: 220.132.126.49 (09/06 09:51)
