陝西「錶哥」受賄 判刑14年

大陸「錶哥」、陝西省安全生產監督管理局前局長楊達才涉受賄、財產不明案昨日宣判，陝西省西安市中級人民法院判處楊達才有期徒刑14年與罰款。愛笑的楊達才在聆判時，露出奇怪的笑容。

法官不認可其自首情節，判楊達才受賄，處有期徒刑10年，並沒收財產5萬元人民幣（下同）；犯巨額財產來源不明罪，判處有期徒刑6年，法庭決定合計執行有期徒刑14年，並處沒收財產5萬元。

此外，楊達才被控受賄贓款25萬元和504餘萬元巨額財產來源不明贓款，依法沒收上繳國庫。

楊達才去年8月下旬在陝西省36人遇難的交通事故中，一張被拍到在事故現場面露微笑的新聞照片，遭到網友痛批冷血。更有網友發現楊達才在不同場合配帶多種名牌手錶，被稱為「錶哥」，質疑他的財產從何而來。楊達才去年8月的一張笑臉被民眾批評後，被中共陝西紀委盯上，調查發現楊達才有違紀問題，2012年9月21日宣布撤銷楊達才省紀委委員、安監局黨組書記、局長等職務。

「錶哥」對受賄、巨額財產不明罪的指控均表示無異議，最後陳述說，自己有認罪悔罪的強烈願望，請求法庭給他重新做人的機會。
