洪案歸司法 專家替法官上課

司法院位於台北市文山區的法官學院，今天起開辦「陸海空軍刑法」研習營，邀請軍事、軍法專家替法官們在職訓練。其中，負責審理陸軍下士洪仲丘命案的三名桃園地院法官鄭吉雄、丁俞尹、許菁樺都出席受訓。

由於丁俞尹法官的資歷僅兩年，被網友譏為「菜鳥法官」，丁俞尹面對媒體時拒絕受訪，但審判長鄭吉雄替丁俞尹抱不平，強調丁法官審理過八、九百件刑案，說她菜並不公平。

軍審法修法後，軍事案件自今年八月中開始改由一般法院審理，為了加強軍事審判能力，今天一、二審法官、檢察官、以及法官助理今天共有247人出席研習營，其中100人為女性。
