【劉榮輝／台南報導】台南市政府下午5時表示，依據中央氣象局下午4時10分最新豪雨特報顯示，台南市列為超大豪雨地區，台南市災害應變中心因應水災於下午4時30分除提升為一級開設，並宣布今天晚上6點到12點停班停課。
