災後菜價 最快2周後回穩

（中央社記者黃巧雯台北31日電）行政院農業委員會農糧署表示，今天釋出滾動式倉貯蔬菜120公噸，以充裕市場供應，預計菜價最快2週後回穩。

今天釋出的蔬菜以高麗菜、結球白菜為主。

農糧署官員表示，由於產地一直下雨，依照過去經驗，農民復耕約需2週時間，因此估計菜價最快2週後回穩。

根據台北果菜市場批發交易行情資訊顯示，今天台北市蔬菜到貨量約1130噸，較昨天增加85公噸。

量增較多菜種有竹筍、小白菜、青江菜、蕹菜、萵苣、甘薯葉、胡瓜、絲瓜、苦瓜、扁蒲、玉米、茄子、敏豆等；量減菜種有甘藍、大白菜、蘿蔔、番茄等。

資料顯示，今天葉菜類進貨量增加1倍，根莖類量也增加，青蔥量則持平。

菜價持續走揚，今天平均價格每公斤39.9元，昨天是37.41元。

價格上漲菜種有甘藍、大白菜、蘿蔔、青蔥、花胡瓜、絲瓜、番茄、玉米、甜椒等；價格下跌菜種有竹筍、茭白筍、小白菜、青江菜、蕹菜、萵苣、甘薯葉、胡瓜、苦瓜、茄子等。1020831
