【自強號出軌】事發瞬間　駕駛反應時間不到4秒

【李姿慧／台北報導】台鐵表示，經與出軌自強號司機員何振宏訪談，他的說法為，當時列車剛駛出枋山3號隧道，進入枋山隧道2號口，2隧道間僅相距295公尺，這時右側邊坡土石急流沖落，瞬間衝擊列車；若依列車90公里時速計算，何的反應時間不及4秒，他當下緊急剎車，得以降低事故傷害。何振宏今年50歲，進入台鐵20年，開火車年資約10年，目前手、腳有挫傷。  

台鐵強調，已派出110人搶修，軍方八軍團也派遣60名國軍協助，台灣高鐵公司也會派出28名搶修隊人員支援，9月2日、下周一恢復正常行駛前，屏東客運、鼎東客運將各派10輛巴士在枋寮－大武站間辦理旅客接駁。
