八德商圈封街特賣　大雨逐人潮

【蔡亞樺／台北報導】台北市商業處與八德商圈發展協會合辦「城內八德有藝思、封街音藝嘉年華」活動，八德商圈34家業者從今下午2時起封街特賣，推出滿千抽獎吸引人潮，還以演唱會型態包裝，邀請歌手潘裕文等人搭配樂團現場演唱，但午後一場大雨，擔心3C商品遭雨淋濕，業者紛紛將展示的特買商品搬離，現場只剩零星逛街人潮。  

商業處表示，該次封街特賣今、明日都可參加消費滿千抽獎，最大獎為價值近2萬元的南韓雙人4日遊，另單筆消費滿萬元還能參與「幸運大轉盤」，有機會轉中隨身硬碟等3C商品；明日將有歌手朱俐靜現場演唱，盼民眾共襄盛舉。
