【吳國仲／台北報導】位於台北市寧波西街上的1處民宅昨天深夜11時許，突然竄出黑煙，附近民眾見狀趕緊打電話通知台北市消防局勤務中心；警消立即派出人車趕抵現場，發現是民宅頂樓的冷氣室外機有燃燒跡象，初步研判應是電線走火，確切原因仍須深入調查。
