頭前義消分隊成軍　以「HTC」為精神指標

【邱中岳／新北報導】救災也搞HTC！新北市消防局頭前分隊將於今天上10時，正式成立義消救護分隊。歷經2周考驗，救護志工通過了40小時EMT－1專業訓練，通過學科筆試及術科測驗及格取得初級救護技術員合格證明。
 
而頭前義消救護分隊也將以「HTC」精神為民服務，HTC分成H（HEART）心、T（TOUCHING）令人感動的、C（CPR GUIDANCE）CPR宣導，頭前義消救護分隊認為這3項是救災、救護的必要條件，所以才會以HTC為主要宗旨。
