便當文事件造假　記者判罰6千元

【綜合報導】今年5月台灣漁船遭菲國公務船槍擊後，網路上出現拒賣菲勞便當的「便當文」事件，其中《台灣立報》記者鄭諺鴻不僅羞辱菲勞是狗，還為圓謊找友人羅峻澤假扮便當店老闆，矇騙報社總編輯。台北地院認定，2人妨礙社會秩序，依違反《社會秩序維護法》各裁罰6千元及3千元。

裁定指出，鄭諺鴻5月14日在北市南昌路買便當後，聽說有人不賣菲勞便當，晚間就上臉書發表「便當文」，指稱目擊2名菲勞排隊買便當，「老闆不賣給他們，還說不賣給狗，爬出去！」事後鄭男為取信總編輯張正，請友人羅峻澤充當便當店老闆，讓張誤信貼文內容屬實。鄭諺鴻對此昨表示：「我確實做錯了，會尊重法院裁定，繳交罰款。」羅峻澤則聯絡不上，無法得知回應。
