剛剛無聊幫你查一下華夏路5-10年住宅大樓價格約10-12.6萬/坪
你就用這個去參考出價

2.你可以直接問仲介屋主的底價是多少
這沒什麼不能問的
仲介如果想省麻煩也可以直接透漏底價給你
你出的起就買甚至直接成交
你出不到底價他就盡量幫你談
但如果你出的價錢差底價太遠他可直接拒絕你
畢竟拿那種價錢去談只是會被屋主罵而已

當然以台灣婆婆媽媽的個性
不管底價多便宜
一定是底價-10萬這種想法出價
反正一定要砍就對了~

3.買房子不是網拍也不是去菜市場買東西殺價
你價格開出來請仲介去幫你談
不然要仲介幹麻

黑心仲介有什麼特色?
如果你是買方叫你加價買
如果你是賣方叫你降價賣

所以仲介要你加價先不理他
叫他用你出的價格去談
談都不肯談你就換仲介
