五楊拓寬北上線45k+150~180內側車道，發生長約30公尺的不連續裂縫事件，交通部國工局25日表示，目前施工團隊業完成該區域位移及裂縫監測系統之建置，配合加強人員巡檢持續監控，並將進行地質及地下水文調查確認原因，及同步辦理地下水補注之攔阻及導排措施。

國工局指出，該處裂縫經施工團隊兩日來的現場調查，包括開挖路面檢視，以及鄰近標段（北上線C905、C904A標；南下線C904B、C906標）與中山高範圍的地表調查與既有結構物、監測資料之檢視結果，確認並非大區域之邊坡滑動，判斷應為該局部區段路堤地下水宣洩不及的異常情形，路面結構無立即性的危險。
