控警出錢誘露三點　女子妨害風化不起訴

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市警方在去年11月間晚間8時許，查獲仁愛區1家小吃店包廂內，1名53歲身材凹凸有致楊姓女子3點全露陪客人喝酒，警方當場將小吃店負責人53歲曾姓男子、會計55歲詹女與楊女帶回偵訊，依妨害風化罪移送法辦。
 
楊女向檢方辯稱：「警方對我說來玩呀，我錢很多！」指控是警方用錢誘惑她脫衣，說要玩丟骰子比大小遊戲，玩輸脫1件。檢方調閱蒐證錄音檔發現，的確有男子說：「100元露2點就好！」確定楊女遭教唆脫衣，但無法判斷聲音來源是否為警方。本月15日全案偵結，檢方將楊女予以不起訴處分。
