長久以來被喻為美容聖品的雪蛤
雪蛤學名~中國林蛙，雪蛤又稱蛤蟆油、哈士蟆。屬蛙科兩棲類動物。雪蛤是生長於中國東北長白山林區山脈地勢高而寒溝澤地帶的一種珍貴蛙種，由於其冬天潛入在雪地下或冰川河底冬眠長達五個月之久，因它比較耐寒故，故稱“雪蛤”。 雪蛤不同的地方有不同的叫法，廣東人叫雪蛤，東北地區的人叫它蛤蟆油，雪蛤是東北著名的土特產，其中尤以長白山雪蛤最為名貴，雪蛤膏實際上就是雌性蛤蟆的輸卵管。
