如果再經期前吃事後避孕藥

上上次月經來是6/6號
7/1跟男朋友做愛內射後來馬上吃了事後避孕藥
7/9號月經就來了
但是在第三天又內射了之後經血還是持續又留了三天
可是現在已經8/25月經遲遲不來
真的有點擔心

請問是因為藥打亂週期嗎
還是有可能暑假作息突然不正常會影響嗎
