基本電學-截面積消耗功率比例

這個教材上遇到的問題，但我找不到適合的公式套用。所以不得其解。
請各位幫忙解惑一下。

問題如下：

兩材料相同之電熱線，

甲線長 L 公尺，截面積 k 圓密爾；
乙線長2L公尺，截面積3k圓密爾。

若電源電壓相同，則甲線消耗之功率為乙線的幾倍？

參考書答案為：2/3倍

但我公式代來代去，就算不出來~
