摘要：而昨天一場午後雷陣雨，讓不少地方，大淹水，這裡是桃園大溪、有些地方，因為地勢比較低、水淹到膝蓋這麼高，不只馬路變成水路，還有民宅，泡在水裡，讓民眾抱怨連連。昨天突如其來的一場午後雷陣雨，讓大家都措手不及，不只有雙北淹水，桃園也出現災情，大溪昨天部分地勢較低的地區出現淹水情況，水深及膝，掃水，拿著掃把，一次又一次來回清理，掃走家裡面的積水，不讓家具泡在水裡好心疼，還得先用磚頭墊高
