標題[請益] 關於路上水溝蓋一直冒水

請問剛剛經過路上的水溝蓋一直冒出水來， 水溝蓋是在路中間的， 路上已經積水了，該怎麼辦呢？ 需要通報哪個單位呢？ 還是這是正常現象？ 不好意思，小妹不太清楚這類的事， 覺得這樣積水經過的人挺危險的， 不知道還會流多久！ 請問有人知道該怎麼處理嗎？ -- Sent from my Android --
