「度假」算緊急事故？　吳敦義孫護照惹議

領務局裡人擠人，全是為了辦本護照好出國，時間不急，4天後取件，要是趕著出國，就得多花900元辦特急件，但還是要等1天，才拿得到。

領隊出國經驗再豐富，也萬萬沒想到，外交部的服務多有效率！副總統的家人要出國，護照出了問題，外交部拼命趕工，飛機起飛前搞定，順利登機！就怕被罵對特定人士開後門，外交部澄清再澄清，只是所謂的「緊急事件」又是如何認定？

原來不必生重病，更不必碰上奔喪這種慘事，只要第一線人員，認定你需要幫助，就可以現場立刻申請，認定標準，超級人性！至於外交部那份「機場內不提供臨櫃申辦護照」的規定，航空公司強調，當天一切作業都按照標準程序進行，沒有全機乘客等護照辦好才起飛，趕辦護照，有沒有特權，耐人尋味。
