經濟部：兩岸服貿協議符合對等原則

經濟部今天表示，兩岸服務貿易議　雙方開放內容符合對等原則，陸方在服貿協議所做承諾皆超出其在WTO承諾的開放水準。

經濟部強調，自由貿易的對等原則，並非締約雙方市場開放內容必須完全相同，又觀察WTO各會員及一般FTA的承諾內容，所做市場開放承諾皆依據協商時的要求及出價，因此，本協議雙方承諾內容是考量各自產業需求及實際開放現狀，而平衡處理結果。

經濟部認為，服貿協議並非只圖利少數財團，更不會犧牲弱勢產業與全民福祉。服貿協議中，陸方對我方提出80項超越其在加入WTO時對全體WTO會員所承諾的優惠待遇，有助於台商積極拓展大陸市場。
