這是我國中數學暑假作業，暑假快過完，但作業卻還寫不完。(哭)
希望會的人能幫忙。
請附計算過程，我志不再抄答案，如果只有答案我會很困擾的。(我程度是國二升三，請不要寫太多我看不懂的算式。)

已知a1、a2、a3......a10是從─1、0、1這三個整數中去取值的數列，若a1+a2+a3+......a9+a10=4且(a1+1)的平方+(a2+1)的平方+......(a10+1)的平方=26則a1,a2,a3......,a10有多少個是0?
