「胖達人」廣告不實 郝龍斌：民生詐欺

標榜食材純天然的胖達人手感烘焙麵包，因廣告不實遭重罰；台北市長郝龍斌今天表示，此為民生詐欺案件，將向檢調單位舉發。

郝龍斌表示，台北市政府認為此事為民生詐欺案件，將要求台北市法務局及負責消費者權益保護的相關同仁，蒐集胖達人廣告不實證據，將向檢調舉發。
