從自由之身淪為看守所收容人，3名被告關進看守所後，沒有名字只剩編號，范佐憲編號2488，何江忠是2749，連長徐信正則是編號2750，在桃園看守所的第一餐，是稀飯配碎花瓜、魯豆乾和肉鬆，所方人員表示，何江忠、范佐憲、徐信正，精神狀況正常，也皆正常進食。

桃園看守所戒護科科長陳啟森：「目前3名被告生活正常、情緒穩定，跟同學入房後有短暫交談。」

由於3人收押未禁見，看守所將他們分別安排，住在一般5、6人同住的雜居房，3人連夜被押進桃園看守所，對家屬來說，又是擔心的開始，檢方抗告成功，沒料想到的結果，頭髮花白的范佐憲父親，為兒子操勞，妻子還得要人攙扶，才能站穩腳步，掩面崩潰大哭，不想讓人看到脆弱的眼淚。

洪仲丘案移審，桃園地院一次押3個，原本的信心，全被擊垮，堅強的陪丈夫何江忠面對官司，手牽手說好要一起渡過難關，儘管再堅強，也忍不住留下眼淚，一樣只能打起精神面對的，還有徐信正的家屬。

出現的新事證，讓何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲，又再次被限制自由，這一次，若是律師沒有抗告成功，3人就得待滿2個月，才能再次評議，家屬的心揪著、懸著，盼望著能快點渡過這次難關。
