外資8月來賣超F-中租逾2.4萬張

F-中租（5871）8月以來，扣除8月5日與12日兩個交易日外資小買超，其餘交易日外資均是賣超，累計外資8月以來已經賣超F-中租超過2.4萬張，外資持股比也從66%以上降到63.97%，縮水逾2個百分點。

法人指出，外資賣超F-中租主因擔心中國大陸錢荒與總體經濟成長力度可能弱於預期，以及中國大陸中央整頓金融秩序，擔心企業壞帳風險升高等因素，以及發票稅制改變等。不過，F-中租已經澄清，兩年前就開始適用新稅制，且大陸業務動能仍然強勁。

F-中租大股東、中租企業團總裁辜仲立個人，名下也加碼1,400張持股，但是外資仍站在賣方。
