【聯合報╱記者簡慧珍／彰化報導】 2013.08.24 03:26 am 消防安全攸關民眾生命財產，彰化縣公共場所消防安全檢查不合格率年年上升，即使發現 消防栓不合格，也沒全面追蹤維修，被彰化審計室糾正，昨天縣議員也要求改善行政效率 。 「消防業務不是只有滅火。」局長蕭嘉政說，消防局不是「打火局」，最常為民服務的項 目包括119緊急救護，平日還要幫民眾捕蛇、摘除蜂窩，業務花五八門，只審核消防業務 不能充分表現消防局的救災、防災效率。 彰化縣消防局的消防工作績效獲消防署考評全國乙組第一名，卻被彰化審計室查核發現， 民國97年到101年的列管場所消防安全設備、危險物品管理等項目檢查，檢查件數從1萬 4970件到1萬224件，逐年下降，檢查不合格率4.67%上升到6.86%。 縣議員賴清美等人昨天在縣議會臨時會質詢，消防局檢查列管場所家數遞減，查獲場所消 防不合格率卻有增無減，「有查，業者重視；沒查，業者放鬆」，消防局應加強消防安檢 。 蕭嘉政回答說，將強化督導和考核相關消防安全檢查，並成立公立危險物品管理查核小組 ，增加查核頻率。 http://udn.com/NEWS/DOMESTIC/DOM4/8117188.shtml#ixzz2crWqBoNV -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.224.129.195
