摘要：中華經濟研究院區域發展研究中心主任劉大年說，經貿自由化，第一件事就是「市場開放」，其次就是與「國際接軌」。他分析，目前全球各地的ＦＴＡ正不斷形成，以前是兩國、現在是多國，東亞就是相當熱鬧的市場。劉大年說，這些自由貿易協定建立後，不只區內關稅有望調降，還會強調區內供應鏈的整合，讓市場更廣、更為深化。
