摘要：新竹縣新豐鄉後湖村22日下午5點驚傳有化學物質外洩，靠近后興橋140公尺處的河堤旁，被民眾發現有11桶容量為200公升的三甲基乙醯氯，該物質在常態下為液體，疑似因為連兩日下雨，揮發後產生有毒氣體，由於桶中疑似遭人棄置，警方將追查來源。受訪者：環保局空氣污染防治科科長殷志鴻、新豐鄉長徐茂淦。
