剛澤斌勝訴　奪回「激情過後」版權

【劉志原╱台北報導】20年前以「妳在他鄉」、「中等美女」等歌曲走紅的創作歌手剛澤斌，5年前發現他1985年創作、由歌手張清芳唱紅的「激情過後」詞曲版權，竟登記在點將唱片名下，他親上法庭打官司，要求取回版權，今獲判勝訴。
 
剛澤斌得知勝訴後，激動地說：「拿回來了，終於沉冤得雪啊！」，他強調，當年僅是授權點將公司發行「激情過後」詞曲，著作權仍是歸他所有；點將認為，剛澤斌已將著作權讓給公司，但因無法舉證，遭判敗訴。
