永豐投信董座陳美靜退休 何壽川接

永豐金控（2890）今天董事會決議，子公司永豐投信董事長陳美靜退休，由永豐金控董事長何壽川親自兼任。

另一子公司永豐金租賃總經理也異動，原任者葉銳生退休，由副總經理莊耀代理總經理職務。

陳美靜為何壽川愛將之一，因為健康因素辦理退休，由於永豐投信正在積極籌設登陸合資基金公司，力拚年底前開業，因此何壽川決定親自兼任永豐投信董事長，為登陸設基金公司順利開業上緊發條。

永豐金租賃今年也有在大陸拓點計畫，葉銳生是租賃業老將，因此為了避免業務銜接斷層，直接由副總經理莊耀代理總經理職務。
