最新消息，洪仲丘案3名被告今天召開羈押庭，合議庭裁定收押。

桃園地院針對洪仲丘案3名被告召開羈押庭，經過一整天審理後，合議庭裁定3人通通收押，桃園地院認為，3個人事後還有聯絡，種種跡象有串證之虞，因此裁定收押。

洪仲丘案在移交桃園地方法院後，今天首度由一般司法機關召開羈押庭，3名被告，何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲，先前兩度獲得交保，今天合議庭認為3人事後還有聯絡，有串證之虞，裁定收押。

評議結果一出爐，何江忠的妻子情緒激動相當難過，范佐憲的妻子也低頭啜泣，對於收押結果相當難過；得知自己將被收押，范佐憲身體不斷顫抖、回頭觀望妻子，眼神相當無助，而徐信正則是面無表情，而何江忠原本直挺挺坐著，但一聽到評議結果，當場癱坐在椅子上，太太情緒崩潰。

而洪姊姊肯定桃園地院的努力，洪家律師則表示，軍事審判法修法通過後，第一次具體實現它的價值。
