摘要：曾經在台北車站大廳等過火車的民眾或許都有類似經驗，常常怎麼找都找不到一張可以坐的椅子，有的旅客乾脆席地而坐，對一個首善之都的車站來說，這實在不是個好現象。為了提升服務品質，23號上午台鐵總算開始進行第一階段的改進，先在一樓大廳增設64張座椅，對這項便民措施，往來民眾都表示肯定。
