央行總裁彭淮南「9A總裁」的美名將再升級，全球金融雜誌今天再度給予彭淮南最佳A級成績，創下全球央行總裁中首位拿到10A的殊榮。

今年73歲的彭淮南在2000年第一次獲得A級評等的成績，而且從2005年至去年連續8度蟬聯A級的成績，有「9A總裁」的美名，彭淮南今天再度獲得A級評價，成為全球央行總裁中首位拿到10A的「10A總裁」。
