《完美小姐進化論》（也譯作《大和撫子七變化》，ヤマトナデシコ七変化♥）是日本漫畫家早川智子的少女漫畫，後被翻拍為同名電視動畫與日本偶像劇。

故事簡介:

中原須奈子，是個孤僻、陰森、最愛恐怖片的怪怪美少女，平常喜歡關在黑漆漆的房間裡，唯一的朋友是嚇死人不償命的人體模型！須奈子的姑姑看不下去，便提出條件，只要美少年4人組：唯我獨尊恭平、智多星武長、花花公子蘭丸、男女莫辨雪之丞，能夠將須奈子改造成超完美小姐，就讓他們豪宅隨便住、通通免花錢！

為了享受免費奢華住宿，四人和恐怖少女須奈子展開同居生活，千方百計進行改造大作戰。沒想到信心滿滿的四大美形男，遇到最討厭「閃亮生物」的須奈子，竟然出師不利踢到鐵板！他們能夠達成不可能的任務，讓須奈子變身完美小姐嗎？
