嗅覺實測！巧克力好「香」　味道似香精

記者：「這樣聞的到嗎？」民眾：「巧克力呀。」記者：「那這個？」民眾：「咖啡。」

嗅覺實測，光用「聞」的，就能分辨麵包口味。民眾：「我很難相信就是加麵粉跟加糖，就可以弄出這麼香，因為照道理來說，應該只有在麵包店，才可以聞到這麼香，可是它都冷了還可以這麼香。」

大馬路旁，環境這麼複雜，都還能聞到香氣，實測3款胖達人招牌麵包，賣得最好的皇冠，號稱只用天然酵母和奶油起司，人氣商品黑眼豆豆，則是用天然酵母和巧克力豆，價格不算便宜，5個要70元，另一款炭燒咖啡，除了酵母，還有咖啡粉和核桃。

民眾：「味道根本一樣呀，是用(香精)做的嗎？」

民眾：「差不多。」記者：「差不多喔？」民眾：「很像，味道還滿像的。」

民眾實際比對黑眼豆豆的巧克力味，和巧克力香料一模一樣。記者：「這樣聞得到嗎？」民眾：「聞不到。」記者：「要很近才聞得到民眾：「對呀。」

麵包有沒有加香精，單靠距離來分辨不準，因為香精如果用得少，拿遠了其實也聞不到，消費者該怎麼分辨麵包是不是和號稱的一樣天然，只能靠店家良心。
