【陳雍仁／綜合報導】美國雅虎體育報導，精品品牌「愛馬仕」也推出品牌專屬籃球，1顆定價12900美元(約38.7萬台幣)，與一般市售的頂級籃球相比，貴上100倍。
 
該籃球完全以手工縫製，且採用頂級小牛皮，最後加上「愛馬仕」品牌LOGO，如此高單價可想而知，據「愛馬仕」介紹，這是從「天空、海洋和洛杉磯及南加州的美妙泳池生活」獲得靈感，至於實用性，「愛馬仕」美國區總裁查維茲(Robert Chavez)強調：「這顆籃球絕對可以真的打，它的皮質堅韌，手感極佳，為什麼不能在球場上享受這顆獨一無二的籃球呢？」
 
目前「愛馬仕」共製作了2顆籃球，主要是配合「愛馬仕」在比佛利山莊精品店的宣傳活動，但如有意購買，「愛馬仕」也接受預訂。
