廁所拾獲皮夾不還　運將涉侵占法辦

穿著條紋上衣的杜姓男子，前腳才剛踏出廁所，另一名中年男子緊接著進入，警方就是根據這段影片，揪出中年男子侵占人家的皮夾，21日上午，在科技業上班的37歲杜姓男子，在天母麥當勞用餐，因為肚子痛跑去上廁所，不小心把裝有2萬3千塊錢現金的皮夾留在廁所，直到中午才想起皮夾，回去廁所找已經不見了。

杜姓男子報案指出，遺失的名牌皮夾價值3萬多元，裡頭還放有2萬3000元的「手尾錢」，是剛過世的長輩留給他的，因此急著找回。天母派出所所長劉全恆：「去調閱離開的車輛，發現有一台計程車，疑似是這位嫌疑犯所駕駛。」

施姓司機承認是自己一時貪念，以為神不知鬼不覺，又四下無人才將皮夾拿走，訊後被依侵占罪嫌移送法辦，傳統習俗中，長輩留下的手尾錢，能祝好運，杜姓男子失而復得的，不只是錢財，還有過世長輩對他的祝福與紀念。
