北市新舊屋　大安區老宅依舊行情好

【張菱育／台北報導】統計內政部不動產實價查詢網，台北市5年內新成屋和25年以上老屋有10.86~41.1%以上的價差，但愈精華的區域，價差反而越小，其中大安區5年內新成屋平均每坪94.6萬元，25年以上老屋平均每坪84.33萬元，落差為10.86%，老屋「含金量」不容小覷；另南港區新舊屋價差則達41.16%最多。

住商不動產企劃研究室主任徐佳馨表示，房屋折舊是必然，但是地段對老屋仍有加分作用，有不少民眾願意付出較高代價買進黃金門牌，讓高齡老屋仍熱門。
