Halo召回 2.7萬件嬰兒毛毯

嬰兒用品製造商Halo Innovations Inc.即將召回2萬7000件「SleepSack」穿戴式毛毯，這批毛毯對嬰兒構成危險。

Halo和美國消費品安全委員會22日說，2011年1月至2013年7月期間，該款穿戴式毛毯在嬰兒玩具反斗城出售，每件25元。被召回的那款是白色底和粉紅色褶邊，並有一朵粉紅色的緞繡玫瑰。

該朵玫瑰容易從毛毯分離，造成嬰兒窒息的危險。

Halo收到六份有關玫瑰脫落的報告，其中一份報告指一名嬰兒把玫瑰塞入口中。

消費者應立即停止使用這款毛毯，並與該公司聯繫，索取除去玫瑰的說明書，及免費更換產品。
