【綜合報導】擔心油電雙漲造成民怨，經濟部決定先漲電再漲油，將新的油價公式延後實施。

《聯合報》報導，電價調漲將在10月如期實施，但顧及民怨和物價齊漲的衝擊，決定新版油價延後上路，已告知中油，請中油決定實施日期。
