經過半年，我終於達成11年前的目標...

我知道很多大大看不懂我在表達甚麼，
就是我之前有動過切除脾臟的手術，
導致三四年沒有運動，
11年前我想要達成下探6%一直很難達成，當時178/75 7.2%下不去
竟然在我32歲這年成功了...而且有機會探5了，
雖然這幾個月有試圖增重最多達到69大關，
結果一個月的減脂(body combat、腳踏車、登階機...)讓我體重一度掉到65，
幸好我都有乖乖的把閱讀到的知識運用上，終於有效的達成我的目標!
謝謝各位大大，小弟會繼續加油下去直到永遠的(另一方面因為生的是女兒)，
