外配媽媽 回娘家不是夢

看到昨天「女兒第一本書，送外配回娘家」報導，實在感動。在基金會服務多年，每每陪著外籍嬤嬤，談及家鄉的種種，思念之情溢於言表。多數十八、九歲就嫁來台灣，為人婦、為人母，生活清苦，但這些婦女為母則強。他們對自身教育不高，常以為憾，因此重視對子女的教育，我們也看到不少「新台灣之子／女」，成績表現不錯。

雖然經費拮据，基金會也有績優生培育計畫，希望不久的將來，能帶著「好」兒女快樂的回娘家。
