下跪無效 酒駕男裝病

一名男子禁不起友人勸酒，多喝了幾杯，騎車返家時搖搖晃晃，引起巡邏員警注意，酒測值高達每公升0.62毫克，達公共危險移送法辦標準。他先是下跪求饒，拜託員警「高抬貴手」，被拒絕後態度轉硬怒稱有精神疾病，警方會害他病情發作，但最後仍被移送法辦。
