每遇颱風 村民家禽上屋頂避災

行經新中橫信義橋的人，都會被這個畫面嚇到：雞鴨鵝火雞全站在屋頂上。南投縣信義鄉明德村村長吳瑞龍說，每次有颱風來，全村村民的家禽就會上屋頂避災，潭美颱風這次上屋的家禽數最多、最壯觀。
