摘要：台東縣政府結合10間地區農漁會，建置台東「網路農場」及「農產商城」平台，22號在縣府大禮堂舉行開站啟用儀式，縣長黃健庭親自操作下單購買數個農產品。台東縣政府農業處表示，網路商城將全縣優質、安全的農漁產品上架行銷，消費者可透過網路隨時隨地零距離的線上購物。（2013.8.22）場記一：17秒開站啟用儀式、25秒縣長黃健庭主持。場記二：1分8秒訪農民黃義雄、1分22秒訪台東縣農會總幹事戴振東。
