大樓主委死不肯下台

我朋友社區的大樓主委已經作了8~9年了,每次開住戶大會時,他就自己說:因為有人要他繼續作就自行連任了,依據大樓的規章,是主委只能作二年,於是他就掛他家人的名子繼續作他的主委,如此萬年主委永遠也作不完,在本大樓一幅老大的樣子,什麼都他說了算

開住戶大會會時住戶都有提意見的權利,但開完會後還會被他駡,因為提的案他不爽,他就像是自封山塞為王了,鄰居們不少對他相當不滿,但又莫可奈何!

主委到底是有什麼油水啊,怎麼有人那麼愛作主委!!!??,而且~~這樣合法嗎,真的可以這樣嗎?
