前日揆求見南韓總統遭婉拒

日本前首相福田康夫在南韓出席兩國國會議員論壇，當地傳媒報導，福田要求與朴槿惠總統會晤，但總統府青瓦台拒絕，表示日程不符。

福田在論壇發表專題演講時表示，如今日韓關係陷入僵局，兩國首腦很難對話。雙方應該擺脫互不信任狀態，讓兩國關係面對未來發展，他希望日韓能建立真正的夥伴關係。
