電動車免貨物稅 再延長3年

〔記者鄭琪芳／台北報導〕財政部昨天表示，電動車輛免徵貨物稅年限即將屆滿，為鼓勵電動車輛產業發展，行政院已核定延長免稅年限3年，自2014年1月28日起至2017年1月27日止，民眾購買完全以電能為動力的汽車及機車，可退還貨物稅。

財政部賦稅署官員說明，原本電動車輛貨物稅已減半徵收，但自2011年1月28日起，電動車輛免徵貨物稅3年，這次再延長免稅年限3年；若3年後未再延長免稅年限，電動機車貨物稅將恢復8.5％、電動汽車為12.5％或15％。

根據財政部統計，自2011年1月28日至2013年11月底，電動機車申請退稅共2萬0173輛，退稅金額7283萬餘元，平均每輛電動機車退稅3600多元；電動汽車申請退稅僅346輛，退稅金額7122萬餘元，平均每輛退稅約20.6萬元。

賦稅署副署長蔡碧珍表示，目前電動機車以離島地區使用較多，延長免稅年限，應有助於提高民眾購買電動車輛的誘因，進而提升電動車輛普及率，促進電動車相關產業發展，同時達到節能減碳的目標。
