交屋後發現很多停車位很難停車或者是只能停小車 怎麼辦

很多建商都會「玩」、「偷」
是內平面停車位有分兩種尺寸
法令有規定室內空間車位大小車位之間數量的比例
但他就是沒規範到要怎麼佈署這些小車位的位置

我們社區之前也碰過這個問題
建商硬是把兩個小車位放在一起
剛好兩個車位的屋主都是開teana這種大小的車子
同樣屁股朝內的停好車
根本會有一個車主完全下不了車

他們跟建商吵
要賠償
建商只回他們
「我們都有標示尺寸在平面圖上
你買得時候為什麼沒注意？」

你說他們違法嗎？
老實說沒有...
但就是不打算小孩有屁眼的黑心罷了
他們也抓著買家不一定看清楚那個密密麻麻平面圖心理

趁樓主剛入住快跟建商爭取換車位吧
因為這個麻煩
最後會不了了之
